​About the Role

• We are looking for an ambitious and detailed Senior Account Executive to join our growing team.
• In this role, you will handle core accounting functions, manage receivables and payables across our Lagos and regional offices, and ensure our financial records maintain absolute accuracy.

​What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end billing, collections, and account reconciliations across Lagos and regional branches.
• Monitor customer accounts, track aging reports, resolve payment discrepancies, and oversee payables.
• Handle account adjustments, receipts, cash processing, and perform daily/weekly bank deposit analyses.
• Drive weekly and month-end closing processes while compiling accurate monthly financial metrics for management.

​What We’re Looking For

• Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• ATS certified or currently sitting for ICAN professional stages.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years dedicated specifically to accounts receivable/payable and tax management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Sage, QuickBooks) or database management (MySQL) is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
