H. Pierson Associates Limited is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their Lagos Island office.

Requirements

National Diploma in Accounting or Accounting Technician qualification such as ICAN or AAT.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
Basic computer skills with proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong analytical and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

Process and post daily financial transactions including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and analysis.
Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
