• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, including curriculum development.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets at executive levels.
• Strong business writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated B2B business development experience.
• Experience working in Financial Services, Technology, or Energy sectors.
• Excellent networking skills.
• Board-level training experience is an advantage.
• Additional degree or professional qualification is a plus.

• Develop training curricula for corporate clients across multiple sectors.
• Prepare and present learning solutions proposals to clients.
• Coordinate the delivery of training programs via virtual or physical platforms.
• Drive business development efforts targeting executive-level corporate clients.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Conduct training needs analysis and market research to stay updated on client requirements.
• Ensure all client programs are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Meet quarterly market share and financial targets.
