Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Reports To: Manager - Business Operations Programs and Planning
Division: Chief Executive Officer Office

Mission

Deliver exceptional administrative assistance, maintaining confidentiality, and exhibiting professionalism, while anticipating and meeting the needs of the CEO, Coordinator, and other stakeholders.
Support with correspondence from external stakeholders to Internal
Responsible for Advance and claim for meetings
Responsible for QBR meeting set up at roof top

Description

Process all requisitions for CEO’s office.
Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely completion QBR Meetings done well so far/ meeting set up for Excom bi weekly
Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures
Handle confidential matters with discretion
Respond to customer queries and requests on non-technical issues and escalate to the assigned manager / exec when necessary.

Requirements
Education:

First Degree preferably in Social Sciences
Fluent in English

Experience:

1 – 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience working with others
Experience working in a medium organization.
