Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage key customers, and oversee sales activities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
• Manage and motivate sales representatives within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Ensure effective territory coverage and product availability.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or a related industry.
• Proven experience managing a sales territory and achieving targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Must be resident in or willing to work in Ibadan.

Salary
N300,000 - N650,000 monthly.
