Job Title: Blending Operator

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Summary

Are you experienced in blending and batch processing within a manufacturing environment? We're looking for a skilled Blending Operator to join a leading lubricant manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

Operate blending tanks, pumps, valves, and mixing equipment.
Prepare lubricant batches according to approved formulations.
Monitor blending parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
Collect samples for quality testing and maintain accurate batch records.
Perform basic equipment checks and report any operational issues.
Adhere to HSE, GMP, and quality standards while meeting production targets.

Requirements

OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in blending or process operations within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in lubricant, chemical, paint, FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong understanding of batch processing, process equipment, and production documentation.
