Business Development Associate at Human Capital Partners (HCP)

Description

• We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate to support business development activities across the Manufacturing, FMCG, and Conglomerate sectors.
• The successful candidate will provide market intelligence, support lead and pipeline management, contribute to proposal development, and assist with client engagement and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client landscapes.
• Provide insights to support business development strategies, pitches, and sector positioning.
• Manage and track the lead lifecycle using CRM tools.
• Monitor deal progress and identify conversion risks or bottlenecks.
• Support client discovery, negotiation, onboarding, and handover activities.
• Develop customized proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Translate client needs into actionable business solutions.
• Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and relevant business development resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in business development support, sales operations, or market research in a bank.
• Experience in proposal development, market research, or CRM pipeline management.
• Exposure to the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Conglomerate sector is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and documentation skills.
