Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

• Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive for its Iju branch.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

• Implement strategies to increase patient referrals and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, corporate organizations, consultants, and other referral partners.
• Promote the Centre's laboratory and imaging services to healthcare providers and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Prepare periodic business development and sales reports.
• Represent the organization at meetings, exhibitions, and professional events.
• Support marketing campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.

Qualifications
Applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Radiography, Physiotherapy, or any Biological Science discipline.
• 2–3 years' experience in business development or sales of healthcare services, medical diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other healthcare products.
• An MBA or a Certificate in Business Development will be an added advantage.

Benefits

• Salary: N350,000 monthly.
• HMO and Pension
• Commission on sales made.
