Job Description

• This is an opportunity for young professionals looking to build a career insales, hospitality, customer relations, and business developmentwithin a premium residential hospitality environment
• As a Residence Sales Graduate Trainee, you will support the team in generating enquiries, converting prospective guests into bookings, and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle apartment enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective and existing guests to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Support efforts to increase occupancy, repeat bookings, and customer referrals.
• Assist withcorporate, group, walk-in, and long-staybooking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, bookings, and customer interactions.
• Work closely with the Operations and Front Office teamsto ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Support sales campaigns, networking activities, and other business development initiatives.
• Work with the Marketing Team to generate leads, increase bookings, and improve customer retention.
• Prepare and contribute to sales reports.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
