Job Description

Job Role / Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will support the company’s real estate sales activities while developing the skills and experience required to become a high-performing property sales professional.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the sales of the company’s residential and commercial properties to contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and follow up on potential clients through direct marketing, networking, referrals, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Generate, qualify, and manage property sales leads under the guidance of the sales team.
• Assist in converting qualified leads into successful property sales within established sales timelines.
• Provide prospective clients with accurate information about available properties, pricing, payment plans, locations, and investment benefits.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and viewings for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in open houses, exhibitions, property tours, promotional activities, and other company marketing events.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, client follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
• Develop a good understanding of the Abuja real estate market, including property values, locations, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and emerging market trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team targets.
• Participate actively in training and mentorship programmes to develop strong property sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree classification.
• Must have completed the NYSC Service Year and possess a valid NYSC discharge certificate.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales.
• Must have a basic understanding of real estate sales, property marketing, lead generation, client relationship management, and the property sales process.
• Previous experience selling residential or commercial properties will be an added advantage.
• Must have a basic understanding of the Abuja real estate market and demonstrate genuine interest in building a career in property sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to confidently engage prospective clients and build professional relationships.
• Target-driven, ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
• Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and develop professionally within the organization.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Must currently reside in Abuja.
