Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to drive property sales, generate leads, develop client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new property sales leads.
• Market and sell the Company's properties and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and viewings.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong personal and professional network.
• Negotiate with clients within approved Company guidelines.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in property exhibitions, events, campaigns, and marketing activities.
• Provide regular sales reports to the Head of Sales.
• Stay informed about property market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in any relevant field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and commercially minded.
• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong digital and social media skills are an advantage.
