Job Title: Call Centre Executive

Location: Lagos

About the Role

• The Call Centre Executive will serve as a key point of contact between Oceanic Health Management Limited, its members, and other stakeholders.
• The successful candidate will provide timely, professional, and empathetic assistance while ensuring that inquiries, requests, and complaints are appropriately handled and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through telephone and other approved communication channels.
• Provide accurate information on healthcare services, benefits, providers, and related inquiries.
• Receive, document, and follow up on complaints and service requests.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with the organization's service standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers, claims, and other operational teams.
• Ensure confidentiality of all personal and health information.

Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• B.NSc / Registered Nurse.
• Have relevant professional experience in a call centre or customer service environment.

Required Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
