Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja, Enugu, Rivers and Lagos

About the Role

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth for Oceanic Health Management Limited through the acquisition of new clients and the development of sustainable business relationships within the health insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Promote the organization's HMO products and healthcare solutions to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve agreed sales and business-development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and client engagements.
• Work closely with underwriting, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline.
• 3 years of previous sales experience in an HMO/health insurance organization is mandatory.
• Demonstrable record of achieving sales or business-development targets.

Required Competencies:

• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of the Nigerian HMO market.
• Results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
