Cashew Sales Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Cashew Sales Manager to drive sales growth, market expansion, and distribution of cashew products across Southern Nigeria.
• The ideal candidate must have strong cashew industry experience, market knowledge, and an established customer/distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
• Expand market presence and identify new customers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships.
• Manage distributor networks and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure product availability and market execution.
• Manage sales activities across Southern Nigeria and travel extensively as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in cashew sales.
• Strong knowledge of the cashew market, products, and distribution channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong distributor/channel network and customer relationships within the cashew industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Southern Nigeria.
• Based in Lagos is preferred.
