Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized CRM Officer to join our team in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, following up with leads and clients, coordinating customer interactions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate customer and lead records.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Track leads from initial enquiry through inspection, purchase, and post-sales engagement.
• Coordinate and schedule property inspections with clients and the sales team.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Maintain regular follow-up with inactive and prospective clients.
• Update CRM records and ensure customer information is accurate and current.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, inspections, and customer activities.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales support, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks effectively.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hausa is an added advantage.
