We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Fashion)

Location: Osapa London, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday - Saturday)

Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive and focused Customer Service Office with a proven experience in fashion and lifestyle industry to join our team in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone.
Provide accurate information on product availability, sizing, details, and styling recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of all operational activities
Assist with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all issues are resolved smoothly and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including seasonal drops and bestsellers.
Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Document customer feedback and issues to help improve service and inform team decisions.
Contribute strategic insights to drive brand visibility, collaborations, and business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of an HND or B.Sc Degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related).
2 years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry is a MUST.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across all levels of the organization.
Understanding of fashion trends, production processes, and creative workflows.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Proximity to Lekki and ability to use social media tools is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
