Job Summary

We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Specialists - Customer Acquisition to drive customer growth by identifying prospects, promoting products and services, and converting leads into loyal customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills while delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective customers through field marketing, referrals, digital channels, and direct outreach.
Promote the organization's products and services to potential customers.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, pricing, and available solutions.
Assist customers with account opening, onboarding, and documentation processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers.
Achieve assigned customer acquisition and sales targets.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Participate in promotional campaigns, marketing activations, and community engagement initiatives.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of new customers acquired.

Monthly sales and acquisition targets achieved.

Requirements

Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic digital tools.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories when required.
