Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

Job Description

• Our client is looking for someone who's genuinely good at helping people — patient with the frustrated ones, fast with the simple ones, and honest when something is broken.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer queries across email, live chat, and social channels
• Troubleshoot product issues and escalate what you can't resolve
• Keep the help centre and canned responses accurate and current
• Log recurring issues and feed patterns back to product
• Hit response and resolution time targets consistently

Requirements
What we're looking for:

• 1+ year in a customer-facing support role
• Excellent written English — clear, warm, and correct
• Comfortable with support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
• Able to work shifts with weekend rotation
• Calm under pressure

Nice to have:

• Fintech or SaaS support experience
• A second language (French, Portuguese, or Swahili)
• Some technical troubleshooting background

Salary
€200 - €397 / month.
