Data Analyst / Executive Assistant

About the Role

• Jodazen Integrated Services (JIS HR) is recruiting on behalf of our client for a versatile and highly organized professional who hasboth Data Analysis and Executive Assistant experience.
• The successful candidate will support management with data-driven insights, reporting, documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day executive administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate:

• The ideal candidate should beanalytical, highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with senior management.
• Experience in amanufacturing or industrial environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Develop dashboards, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Identify trends and provide useful insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and confidential data records.

Executive Assistant

• Manage the Executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on assigned action points.
• Manage confidential documents and information.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Support the Executive with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with 2 – 4 years' combined experience in Data Analysis and Executive Assistant roles.
• Candidates must have practical experience in BOTH Data Analysis and Executive Assistance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
