Executive Assistant to the Director

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director with calendar management, meeting coordination, business correspondence, data analysis, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
• The role involves working closely with Indian expatriates and multinational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
• Handle confidential documents and provide administrative support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering field (Mechanical / Plastic Engineering preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience working with Indian expatriates or multinational organizations is an added advantage.

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge of TPM, TQM, ISO / SON compliance.
• Operational Excellence Practitioner certification or experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 net monthly.
