Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team with recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection activities.
• Screen CVs and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Support the preparation of HR reports and documents.
• Assist with payroll-related HR information and documentation.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle general HR administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

• B.Sc., HND, or OND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Manufacturing experience is a must.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
