Job Description

• Do you have a passion for sales and a proven ability to attract new customers? Our client in the financial services industry is looking for high-performing Direct Sales Agents to expand their customer base.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for the organization's financial products.
• Drive deposit mobilization and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Promote the organization's products through field marketing and client engagement.
• Generate quality leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven track record in deposit mobilization and direct sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Salary
N150,000 - N600,000 / month (based on experience).
