Overview

• We are seeking result-driven Direct Sales Agents to support client acquisition, service utilization, and growth for our wellness services.
• This role focuses on client engagement, wellness program sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:

• Acquire 50–80 new clients monthly
• Generate qualified leads through outreach, referrals, and partnerships
• Achieve minimum 60% lead-to-client conversion rate
• Achieve 80% uptake of lifestyle services.

Revenue & Service Utilization:

• Promote wellness packages, membership and programs
• Increase average spend per client.

Retention & Engagement:

• Maintain minimum 60% repeat visit rate
• Drive client retention and loyalty
• Achieve minimum 30% referral-based clients
• Ensure consistent client follow-up and aftercare engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 1 year experience in sales, client services, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or service industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-focused mindset
• Not more than 35 years of age.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₦400,000 - 450,000 net based on experience

Performance-Based Incentives:

• 5% commission payable for every ₦30 million revenue achieved monthly
• Where monthly revenue is below ₦30 million, a 2.5% commission will apply on the total revenue generated. •
• A minimum of 75% target achievement is required to remain in the organisation (Client Retention and repeat-visit)

Performance Management Structure:

• Performance reviews every 2 months
• Agents who fail to improve after probation will be exited.
• Minimum 75% target achievement required to remain active.
• Non-performing agents placed on 1-month performance improvement plan (PIP)
• Clear growth and promotion pathway for high performers
