Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly intelligent, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the Principal Partner.
- This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires someone who can provide critical thinking, strategic insight, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving.
- The successful candidate will anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, coordinate high-level projects, and ensure the Principal Partner's time, relationships, and commitments are optimized for maximum organizational impact. The ideal candidate must be analytical, resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Decision Enablement:
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Principal Partner by providing research, analysis, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend practical solutions.
- Monitor the strategic agenda of the Principal Partner, ensuring alignment between priorities, commitments, and long-term organizational goals.
- Prepare executive briefs, reports, presentations, and research materials, translating complex information into actionable insights.
Operational Leadership & Execution:
- Manage and optimize the Principal Partner's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule to maximize productivity.
- Act as the gatekeeper to the Principal Partner by managing requests, protecting executive time, and facilitating high-value engagements.
- Track key priorities, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up on projects and action items.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
Communications & Relationship Management:
- Draft, edit, and review executive correspondence, reports, speeches, presentations, and other strategic documents.
- Manage internal and external communications while maintaining the Principal Partner's professional voice and standards.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with senior executives, clients, consultants, partners, government officials, and other key stakeholders.
- Follow up on meetings, action points, and strategic engagements to ensure continuity and execution.
Event, Project & Travel Management:
- Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, conferences, workshops, and strategic events.
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and meeting schedules.
- Support project planning, budgeting, resource coordination, reporting, and execution across multiple initiatives.
Confidentiality & Executive Support:
- Handle highly confidential corporate, financial, legal, and personal information with absolute discretion.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for executive records and confidential documentation.
- Ensure executive documents, contracts, reports, and correspondence are properly maintained and easily retrievable.
Educational Qualifications (Compulsory)
- B.Eng or HND in any Engineering discipline is mandatory.
- Applicants must possess a minimum of Grade B in Mathematics in WAEC/SSCE.
- These educational requirements are strictly compulsory. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, Managing Directors, CEOs, Founders, or Senior Business Leaders.
- Experience supporting senior leadership within consulting, engineering, construction, architecture, real estate, or other professional services firms will be an added advantage.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively develop effective solutions.
- Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to align daily execution with long-term business goals.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level professionalism.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to prepare reports and monitor budgets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and professional maturity.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and record management skills.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
