Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and target-drivenDirect Sales Agentto join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting financial products and services, acquiring new customers, and achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the institution’s financial products and services.
• Identify and generate new customer leads through direct sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Educate customers on available products, terms, and benefits.
• Follow up on leads and prospective customers to convert them into clients.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, fintech, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Must be willing to engage in field/direct sales activities.
