EssentialNice to have below

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business, economics, law, science, or engineering.
• Fluency in English and good working knowledge of French.
• At least 10 years of international experience, focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in investing, organizational development, research, or business growth strategies.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing or working on donor-financed technical assistance projects (e.g., EIB, EBRD, WB, AFDB, AFD, EC).
• Hands-on experience advising startups and SMEs, as well as working with business consultants on capacity building.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical assistance services to portfolio companies.
• Provide mentorship and support to entrepreneurs to drive business growth and investment readiness.
• Collaborate with venture capital fund managers to strengthen portfolio company operations.
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies within the Boost Africa portfolio.

• Candidates based in Nigeria or Sub-Saharan Africa are preferred.
