Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Expatriate Sales Manager to drive business growth within the plastics packaging industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, managing key client relationships, achieving sales targets, and building a high-performing local sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastics packaging market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide regular sales and market performance reports.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage the local sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B sales within the plastics packaging industry.
• Must be an expatriate with proven international sales and business development experience.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Nigeria for business development activities.
