Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced Lubricant Sales Professionals to drive sales, distribution, customer acquisition, and market growth across the Benin–Asaba–Onitsha corridor.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of automotive and/or industrial lubricants.
• Develop and manage distributors, dealers, workshops, fleet operators, and industrial customers.
• Expand market coverage and acquire new customers.
• Achieve assigned sales, volume, and revenue targets.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, and customer needs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and accurate sales reports.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Direct and verifiable lubricant industry experience – Non-negotiable
• Proven experience selling/distributing lubricants through relevant channels.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian lubricant market and distribution network.
• Existing relationships with lubricant dealers, distributors, workshops, fleets, or industrial customers is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness and ability to cover: Onitsha, Asaba and Benin.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
