Responsibilties

• Bookkeeping: Update and maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Reconciliation: Compare bank statements with internal records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Processing: Prepare, issue, and track invoices, bills, expense reports, and receipts.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and monthly financial summaries.
• Audits & Compliance: Gather and organize documents for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years experience.
