Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven *Field Sales Representative* to drive customer acquisition, generate sales, and increase revenue within assigned territories.
- The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, target-driven, and capable of identifying new customers, building relationships, negotiating effectively, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers within assigned areas.
- Consistently close sales and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Drive revenue growth through effective prospecting, negotiation, and sales closing.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and customer enquiries to improve conversion rates.
- Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers within approved guidelines.
- Collect and provide relevant market and competitor information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to management.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of WAEC / SSCE
- Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, food sales, retail sales, or a related role is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in the field and visiting customers.
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Must be proactive, energetic, and results-oriented.

Benefits
- Salary: N100,000 per month + Commission
- Additional Benefit / Allowance: N50,000.
