• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in fleet management or logistics, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability managing large commercial fleets in logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, vehicle lifecycle, transportation planning, and route optimization.
• Experience with fleet budgeting, fuel management, vehicle servicing, and vendor oversight.
• Proficiency in fleet management systems, GPS tracking, Microsoft Excel, and ERP software.
• Thorough understanding of Nigerian road safety laws and transport compliance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage fleet operations to maximize vehicle availability and performance.
• Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Coordinate vehicle scheduling, routing, and dispatch activities.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor fuel usage, maintenance expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, licensing, and insurance requirements.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and transport partners.
• Supervise fleet staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
