Front Desk Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office.
• The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, supervise front desk staff, and maintain efficient front office procedures while upholding the resort's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all front desk operations.
• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare staff schedules and supervise front office personnel.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk team members.
• Ensure accurate reservations, billing, and payment processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies, procedures, and hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial front office role in a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
