La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort is focused on presenting African hospitality and culture in a cosmopolitan manner. The resort boasts of a clean beach, lagoon and mangrove forest that provide visitors with the opportunity to observe, at close quarters, a wide variety of tropical Flora and fauna that include snake trees, mangroves, various species of epiphytes, monkeys, squirrels, bats, and various species of birds such as kingfishers, sea hawks, egrets and ducks.

Job Title: Social Media/Digital Marketer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven social media / digital marketer to strengthen our digital presence and showcase one of Nigeria's most remarkable tourism destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies.
Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Manage the resort's social media platforms and website content.
Increase brand awareness, online engagement, and bookings through digital campaigns.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
Cover resort activities, events, and guest experiences through compelling storytelling.
Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and tourism industry developments.

Requirements

Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years' experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills are an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Applicants must reside in Ondo Town, Ondo State.
