Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends as required)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk / Quality Control Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, ensuring products are properly inspected and packaged, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service.
• The successful candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Perform quality checks on cookware before packaging and dispatch.
• Wrap and package cookware to company standards.
• Maintain accurate records through timely data entry.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and prepared for delivery.
• Keep the front desk and work area clean and organized.
• Report product defects or quality issues to management.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
• Uphold company policies and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an OND qualification with 2-3 years experience.
• Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, administrative, or quality control role is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 / Month.
