We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 3-5 years experience
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing and the ability to develop strategies for both audiences.
• Proven experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, brand growth and market positioning.
• Experience working with e-commerce businesses is highly desirable.
• FMCG experience is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to use data and market insights to drive marketing decisions and business growth.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify new markets and growth opportunities
• Develop marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer retention
• Establish relationships with hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and other institutional buyers.
• Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.​​​​​​​
• Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or food distribution is highly preferred
