Head of Sales

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of company sales targets.
• The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales function, developing strategies to increase property sales, supervising sales executives, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and property sales targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, conversions, and revenue.
• Identify new markets, clients, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Drive client acquisition and ensure effective follow-up on prospective buyers and investors.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Support negotiations and closing of high-value property transactions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
• Work closely with marketing and other departments to generate and convert quality leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Real estate industry experience will be a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded.

Salary
N250,000 Gross per Month
