Head of Sales IT / OEMs

Job Summary

What You’ll Do

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate, SME, and enterprise clients
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Sell IT and telecommunications solutions including connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, VoIP, and managed services
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, proposals, and deal closures
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account growth
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technology opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field with at least 10+ years of experience in IT, telecommunications, ISP, technology, or B2B sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, connectivity, and enterprise solutions
• Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong CRM, relationship management, and commercial skills
• Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
