What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize RF systems for wireless networks
• Test and troubleshoot RF systems using specialized equipment
• Identify and resolve RF interference and network performance issues
• Improve network coverage, capacity, reliability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to integrate RF solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Manage RF-related projects and provide technical support

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as anRF Engineerin telecommunications or a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of RF principles, propagation, modulation, and antenna theory
• Proficiency inCST Microwave Studio or HFSS
• Familiarity with telecommunications standards such asGSM and LTE
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators
• Experience in wireless network optimization and RF interference management

Salary
N275,000 - N300,000 per month.
