Job Summary

• Join us as Head of Sales – Retail and lead the team in winning new customers and growing existing accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage the Retail Sales team.
• Drive new customer acquisition and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop strategic business opportunities and grow revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account growth.
• Lead negotiations, presentations, and the complete sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 10+ years of proven experience in enterprise, B2B, IT, telecommunications, ISP, or technology sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong team leadership, business development, and account management skills
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
