Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Home Broadband Direct Sales Executive (HBB DSE) to drive the acquisition of new Home Broadband subscribers.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, engaging potential customers, promoting broadband solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets within designated territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new residential and business customers for Home Broadband services.
• Promote and sell broadband internet packages to prospective customers.
• Conduct field sales, door-to-door marketing, and community activations.
• Generate leads through direct prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Explain product features, pricing, and service benefits to customers.
• Process customer applications and ensure accurate documentation.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within assigned territories.
• Provide timely sales reports and updates to the Sales Supervisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt installation and excellent customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's brand image during customer engagements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Number of new broadband subscriptions acquired.
• Lead conversion rate.
• Customer retention and satisfaction.
• Accuracy and completeness of customer documentation.
• Timely submission of sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, telecommunications, FMCG, banking, insurance, or related industries.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work extensively in the field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of broadband or telecommunications products is an added advantage.
