Sales Representative

Location: Lekki Phase 1 (Lekki Palms), Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team in Lekki Palms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and build lasting customer relationships.
• Promote new products, discounts, and special offers.
• Assist with stock taking and inventory management.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
• Prepare daily sales reports as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to meet sales targets.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must reside within Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, or nearby locations.

Salary
N80,000 monthly
