• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with warehouse and distribution operations is an advantage.

• Manage daily inventory operations including receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing stock.
• Monitor stock levels regularly to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Collaborate with procurement to forecast needs and place orders based on demand and sales data.
• Implement inventory control procedures such as physical counts and discrepancy management.
• Supervise warehouse storage to optimize space and accessibility.
• Prepare inventory reports detailing stock levels, turnover, and ordering trends.
• Analyze inventory data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory in line with company policies and safety standards.
