• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in NOC, SOC, or data center monitoring roles.
• Experience in telecommunications or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.
• Certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are advantageous.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory user administration.

• Monitor data center applications and services, responding promptly to alarms or anomalies.
• Log incidents and event alerts into the IT Service Management tool (ServiceNow) with detailed descriptions.
• Perform initial hardware troubleshooting including server optimization, component reseating, and reboots.
• Escalate complex issues to second-line support or specialized teams following ITIL processes and SLAs.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and data center documentation.
