Marketing Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (4 Months with possibility of extension)
Employment Level: Mid-level to senior level

Job Description

• We're looking for an experienced marketer to lead the launch of our products and take them from release to real active users.
• This is a hands-on, ownership heavy role for someone who's launched products before and knows how to turn a release into adoption not just impressions.
• You'll lead the launch of a flagship product, and take additional products through as capacity allows.

Requirements

• Own the go-to-market and launch plan for our flagship product and execute it end to end.
• Take products through closed testing, open beta, and full public launch.
• Drive real user acquisition and activation, the goal is active users, not vanity signups.
• Run the channels that fit each product: content, social, paid, partnerships, community.
• Work closely with our development and internal teams to line launches up with release readiness.
• A track record of taking products or campaigns to market, ideally in tech, startup, or a fast-moving environment.
• Someone who can comfortable own execution without a big team.
• Strong grasp of digital channels and performance/growth marketing.
• Self-directed and outcome-focused.
• Someone who will launch a product from zero.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc / HND in business administration, marketing or related field.
• 6 years experience in marketing. (Mid-senior to Senior level).

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: N500,000 - N700,000 / month.
• Other Benefits: 500,000 NGN paid across milestones.
• The candidate may be retained after the contract.
