Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an organized and efficient Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for specimen handling, laboratory record management, and basic analyzer operations to keep our daily laboratory workflow running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Collect blood, urine, and tissue samples following proper labeling, handling, and safety protocols.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain analyzers, centrifuges, and microscopes.
Adhere strictly to biosafety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain workbench hygiene, logbooks, data entry records, and daily activity tracking charts.

Key Requirements

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Valid MLSCN License.
2–3 years of experience in specimen handling, lab equipment operation, and lab data systems.
Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 per month
