National Sales Manager – Natural Stones

Job Summary

• The National Sales Manager – Natural Stones will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic business relationships, and expanding market share for granite, marble, and other natural stone products across Nigeria.
• The role requires an experienced sales professional with strong industry knowledge, an established network within the building materials sector, and the ability to lead sales planning, forecasting, and market development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive sales growth for granite, marble, and other natural stone products across Nigeria.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, developers, and institutional buyers.
• Lead sales planning, reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate sales activities with the internal sales team to ensure effective execution of business plans.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications effectively to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market intelligence, and business performance updates for management.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant sales experience.
• 10+ years of total sales experience preferred.
• Proven experience in the building materials industry, specifically granite, marble, and natural stone products.
• Experience managing nationwide sales operations is highly desirable.

Salary
N1,000,000 Monthly.
