Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficient coordination of sales, inventory, distribution, logistics, outlets, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business processes.
• Manage sales, distribution, inventory, and retail outlet activities.
• Supervise staff and monitor performance and productivity.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, deliveries, and stock management.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular operational reports.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, sales, distribution, retail, logistics, or a related role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory and operational management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, AI Tools (ChatGPT & Claude AI).
• Experience in lubricants, FMCG, automotive, manufacturing, or distribution is an advantage.
