Job Description

• The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficient processes, effective resource management, and smooth coordination across departments.
• The role will drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance, manage risks, and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Key Reaponsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the company’s day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of business processes.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, systems, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish operational standards, workflows, and performance expectations across relevant functions.
• Monitor departmental and operational performance metrics, identify trends or gaps, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Ensure that company policies, procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently followed.
• Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and potential bottlenecks and develop practical solutions to address them.
• Oversee logistics, administrative operations, facilities, inventory, and other operational functions as applicable.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs without compromising service quality.
• Supervise, coordinate, and provide guidance to operations team members to ensure accountability and effective performance.
• Set team priorities, delegate responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and address performance or operational challenges promptly.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems, technologies, and operational initiatives.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and recommend improvements based on business needs, performance data, and feedback.
• Ensure that operational records, documentation, reports, and other relevant information are accurate and properly maintained.
• Coordinate internal projects and initiatives that require cross-functional operational support.
• Ensure appropriate planning and resource allocation for company activities, events, projects, and other operational requirements.
• Escalate significant operational issues to management and provide clear recommendations for resolution.
• Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, continuous improvement, and excellent service delivery across the organization.
• Perform other operational duties as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
