Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support at our Ikeja factory.

Requirements

Minimum of 2–3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience in preparing reports, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Sound knowledge of office administration and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently, perform effectively under pressure, and work extended hours when required.
