Personal Assistant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Personal Assistant to provide administrative, coordination, and creative support to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and personal assistance to management.
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, events, tasks, and other activities to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare professional presentations, reports, documents, and meeting materials.
• Create and edit basic graphics and visual content for social media and business communication.
• Support the planning, creation, and management of social media content.
• Coordinate with staff, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within pharmaceutical environment.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and content management.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar software.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
